Gaston Chocolat - 70% Dark Chocolat

Our 70% Dark is fruity and intense. Amelonado Cocoa Variety harvested on Malekula Island has developed Cherry and Fig flavours which blend with intensity of chocolate and an Arabica coffee finish. It took several seasons of detailed work with the cocoa growers to find the right fermentation patterns and adapt this throughout harvest seasons and temperature variations to come up with this unique combination of fruitiness and strength.
